Derm by Erica recommends booking a virtual consultation prior to booking an appointment and/or buying products. This process will ensure that you choose the best Derm by Erica regimen customized for you prior to booking a service with our staff.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of Erica’s busy schedule, please cancel through the website as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Deposits are Non-Refundable. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge. No exceptions. Continuing to book your appointment is your agreement to this policy.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee of a 50% service charge. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel through Acuity to avoid the 50% service charge cancellation fee. Deposits are Non-Refundable. You may also call or text us at 310-595-5352 between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm. If necessary to cancel, you may leave a detailed voicemail or text message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Policy/Cancellation Fees:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of your $50 deposit and you will receive a 50% service charge.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same $50 deposit forfeiture and 50% service charge will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you which will require a new deposit of $50 if you are late.
• We require a credit card to hold your time slot. The deposit is Non-Refundable in the event of late cancellation and the additional 50% service charge will be charged to the card on file. Failure to pay will result in (1)Balance owed, (2) Inability to book future appointments if you refuse to pay.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your deposit may be applied to future services with proper attempt to communicate during business hours notated above.
